Champion fiddlers and multi-instrumentalists, Daniel and Amy Carwile are a dynamic husband and wife musical duo whose personal connection lends poignancy to their music and spark to their performances. Showcasing versatility on fiddle, mandolin, bouzouki, guitar, piano and vocals, their broad repertoire of acoustic music includes traditional tunes with modern interpretations as well as original compositions.
When not performing, Daniel and Amy teach private fiddle, violin, mandolin, and guitar lessons, passing along America's rich musical heritage to students of all ages. In tandem with their private instruction, they travel throughout the U.S. and abroad conducting fiddle workshops and master classes in addition to music camps such as Mark O'Connor's Fiddle Camps and String Conferences and the International Fiddle School at Vanderbilt University.
From the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee to venues and audiences across the country as well as Canada and the British Isles, Daniel and Amy's unique musical style has been heard far and wide. Whether mesmerizing the audience with a slow harmony or busting bow strings on foot-stomping hoedowns, the Carwiles deliver, straight from the heart.
