In addition to being a sound-sculptor, Glenn is also a journalist-educator-baker based in Tucson, Arizona. While the majority of his sonic work and performance is solo exploration, over the past few years he has had the pleasure of collaborating with The Running Dogmas Collective, Prepping Finger Salad, The High On Out Duo, George Haslam, Phil Hargreaves, Bill Marconi, Barry Chabala, and Mike Yarrish among others. As far back as he can remember, he has found himself consistently drawn to projects which blend the borders of the sometimes fiercely distinct worlds of freejazz, experimental music, electro-acoustic instrumentation and electronic processing.

This track is a part of Glenn's work known as The Anta Project, an enhanced sound collage compiled from covert performances utilizing modified chop sticks and a cello bow to play the steel wall, barbed wire fences and assorted ephemera that separates the United States from Mexico in the Sonoran Desert.
