Tim Linhart is a sculptor whose recent passion is creating working musical instruments out of ice. This piece comes from the recordings of his 2001 Fiddling While Rome Burns Ice Music Festival. The cellist on this piece is Mark Summer of the world-renown Turtle Island String Quartet.
Tim hosted another Ice Music Festival in Sweden, March 15-20 of this year - and will be releasing cuts from those performances in the near future.
