From Billy's critically acclaimed 2005 recording, Vietnam: Reflections.

Billy is one of the pioneers of the contemporary jazz violin sound. He has played with many of the biggest names in avant garde jazz including Sun Ra and Don Cherry. He is also a founding member of the legendary String Trio of New York. In 2001, Billy began work on his Vietnam series - in which he evokes and confronts the memories of his Vietnam experiences.
